The NASDAQ-100 Index ETF includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market based on market capitalization. The Index reflects companies across major industry groups including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade and biotechnology. Such companies include Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, Intel, Alphabet (Google).

The Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity Index℠ is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in the cybersecurity segment of the technology and industrials sectors. It includes companies primarily involved in the building, implementation, and management of security protocols applied to private and public networks, computers, and mobile devices in order to provide protection of the integrity of data and network operations. Such companies include Cisco Systems, Splunk, Juniper Networks, Fortinet, ZScaler, Norton.
Biotech ETF
The SPDR® S&P® Biotech ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P® Biotechnology Select IndustryTM Index (the “Index”) which comprises the Biotechnology industry. ARKK Innovation ETF
ARKK is an actively managed Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) that seeks long-term growth of capital. It seeks to achieve this investment objective by investing under normal circumstances primarily (at least 65% of its assets) in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies that are relevant to ARKK’s investment theme of disruptive innovation. ARK defines ‘‘disruptive innovation’’ as the introduction of a technologically enabled new product or service that potentially changes the way the world works. The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large and mid-cap emerging market equities across multiple sectors with 80% of the companies represented being within Information Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Discretionary & Staples, Communitcation and Materials. Nearly 38% of the companies are domiciled in China, followed by Taiwan (14%), South Korea (13%), India (10%) and Brazil (5%). South Africa (4%), Russian Federation (3%) and Saudi Arabia (3%).

The investment objective of the Trust is for SPDR Gold Shares to reflect the performance of the price of gold bullion, lee the Trust’s expenses.
